Jog Mode lets you jog the machine axes to a desired location. Before you can jog an axis, it must have the home position established. The control establishes the home position at machine power-up. Refer to Machine Power-On for more information on the machine power-up procedure.

To enter jog mode:

  1. Press HANDLE JOG.
  2. Press the desired axis (+X, -X, +Y,-Y, +Z, -Z, +A/C or -A/C, +B, or -B).
  3. There are different increment speeds that can be used while in jog mode; they are .0001, .001, .01 and .1. You can also use an optional Remote Jog Handle (RJH) to jog the axes.
  4. Press and hold the handle jog buttons or use the HANDLE JOG control to move the axis.

Be aware: Many service and repair procedures should be done only by authorized personnel. The service technicians at your Haas Factory Outlet (HFO) have the training, experience, and are certified to do these tasks safely and correctly. You should not do machine repair or service procedures unless you are qualified and knowledgeable about the processes.

Danger: Some service procedures can be dangerous or life-threatening. DO NOT attempt a procedure that you do not completely understand. Contact your Haas Factory Outlet (HFO) and schedule a service technician visit if you have any doubts about doing a procedure.
