The coolant pump is noisy or cavitates

Low TSC coolant flow

Tool is stuck in the spindle

Hydraulic Power Unit - Pressure fluctuates wildly or the pump oscillates, vibrates, or is noisy

Alarm 123 – SPINDLE DRIVE FAULT and Alarm 993 – SHORT CIRCUIT

Alarm 124 – LOW BATTERY

Follow the procedure:  Main Processor - Dual Battery Replacement Kit - Installation to replace the battery on the main processor.

Alarms 161 – 164 AXIS DRIVE FAULT and ALARMS 993, 986, 991, 992 and 994

Alarm 1101 – PROBE STARTUP FAILURE

Alarm 2066 – TOOL CHANGER HOME POSITION FAULT

Alarm 626 – TOOL-POCKET SLIDE ERROR

The service technicians at your Haas Factory Outlet (HFO) have the training, experience, and are certified to do these tasks safely and correctly. You should not do machine repair or service procedures unless you are qualified and knowledgeable about the processes.
